In order to purchase goods in our online shop you need to follow the below procedure:
1. Choice of products
The products selected by you should be added to your basket by clicking on the “Add to basket" button. If the selected product is available in several versions (colour, size), then it is necessary to specify the requested version before adding it to the basket.
2. Basket
When a browser window with your basket appears, it will be possible to change the number of ordered products by filling in the requested number of goods in the “Amount" field. The introduced changes will be recognized by the system only after clicking on the “Update" button. Afterwards, you may continue with your shopping by adding another products or by moving to the details of your order by clicking on the “Order" button.
3. User profile
If you do not have a user profile or you are not logged in, then the service will ask you to give your personal details. If you request an invoice for your company, then it will be necessary to provide the company’s name and its tax identification number - NIP. If the delivery address differs from the invoice address, then you will also have to fill in the “Delivery address" section. Optionally, you may fill in the log-in and password fields, which will allow you to use personal details given earlier.
4. Delivery and payment
At this stage, you may add a comment visible for our representative responsible for realising your order e.g. a request to send the purchased goods on a later date.
5. Confirmation of order placing
The final confirmation is the last stage of placing the order. On the screen you will see all the information provided by you. If any corrections are necessary, then you should click on one of the following links:
6. Confirmation of order acceptance
Your order will be registered in the system. An e-mail will be sent to the Web address provided by you. The e-mail will include all personal details provided by you and the identification number of the transaction, which will be useful in contacts with our shop. You may print the details of the transaction by clicking on the icon representing a printer.
7. Verification of the customer
If you are using our online shop for the first time then a verification would be necessary. A representative of our shop will telephone you using the phone number provided by you in your user profile to confirm the order. If you are available under the provided phone number only at certain hours, it will be necessary to specify them in your comments.
8. Shipping the order
Orders are shipped not later than on the next working day after placing the order. It means that an order placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday. Directly after shipping your order you will receive an e-mail confirming this fact.
Problems with the verification
If the representatives of our shop are not be able to contact the person placing the order within three days then the order will be cancelled. If you expect such a situation to occur then it is advisable to telephone the shop directly and confirm the order by providing the transaction number.
Cancellation or change of order
You may cancel your order only through a telephone contact with a representative of our shop. You may cancel only a delivery that has not been shipped yet.
Due to the fact that our stock is controlled once a day at 1am, it may happen that the ordered goods have been already not available.
